This is a classic Indonesian 'Sambal Asli' (original chilli sauce). You can put it on your rice and noodle dishes or use it to spice up our Satay Sauce. 3 out of 5 for heat, it starts off mellow but creeps up on you - it's not a real Indonesian meal if it doesn't raise just a bit of a sweat!
This sauce is gluten free, vegan and locally made.
